Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Prime (prime.gs) platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you may not use the service. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Service Description

Prime is a platform for conducting and viewing live streams. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our sole discretion without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with any equipment, or that the service will meet your expectations.

Eligibility

Use of the service is permitted to persons who have reached the age of 13 (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction, if higher). Persons under 18 require parental or guardian consent. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from using the service.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

User Content and License

By posting content (streams, chat messages, avatars, etc.) on the platform, you grant Prime a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and developing the service. You are solely responsible for all content you post and represent that you have all necessary rights to publish it.

Streaming Guidelines

When streaming, you agree to:

• Stream only your own or properly licensed content
• Comply with applicable laws of your country and countries where your content is accessible
• Create content that complies with our Community Rules and these Terms

Prohibited Content

• Content that violates laws or encourages illegal activity
• Hate speech, discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, gender, orientation, etc.
• Graphic violence, abuse of humans or animals
• Harassment, stalking, bullying, threats
• Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights
• Pornographic and other adult content (18+)
• Spam, artificial inflation, automated distribution, abuse of platform features
• Impersonating another person or organization without permission

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user at any time, for any reason or no reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, we have no obligation to preserve or transfer your content. You may discontinue use of the service at any time by deleting your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRIME, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR 100 EUR IF THE SERVICE IS FREE).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prime, its owners, operators, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of rights of third parties; (d) content you post on the platform.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be resolved in courts at the location of the service operator. If you are a consumer, mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence apply.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prime regarding the service. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver thereof.
