Refund Policy

Overview

This Policy applies to payments made to Prime.gs to fund a primary balance, purchase Premium, or pay for advertising services. All payments are final and non-refundable except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.

All payments are final

Prime.gs does not provide voluntary refunds. Funds credited to a primary balance cannot be withdrawn or returned to the original payment method, whether or not they have been used. Purchases of Premium, advertising placement, and other digital services are also final.

Mandatory exceptions

Reports of duplicate or unauthorized charges, an incorrect amount, or failure to provide a paid service are reviewed only to the extent required by mandatory applicable law and payment provider rules. Submitting a report does not guarantee a refund.

Premium and digital services

Premium starts immediately after purchase and the payment is final. An unused Premium period, discontinuing use of the service, suspension for violating the rules, or choosing not to use individual benefits does not qualify for a full or partial refund except where mandatory law expressly requires otherwise.

Advertising services

Advertising that has already been delivered is non-refundable. Unused budget from a completed advertising campaign may be returned only to the internal balance under the service rules; that internal balance cannot be withdrawn or returned to the original payment method. Mandatory legal requirements remain unaffected.

Funds without cash value

Bonus balances, promo codes, promotional credits, gifts, and other free rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn. Bonus credits associated with a refunded payment may be cancelled.

Payment inquiries

To report a possible payment error, contact admin@prime.gs or Telegram support. Include the account email, payment date and amount, payment provider, transaction identifier, and a description of the issue. Never send a full payment card number, CVV, or password.

Review of an inquiry

We may request information needed to verify your identity and the payment. If the review determines that a refund is legally required, it will be sent through the original payment method where technically possible. Posting time depends on the payment provider and bank.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy removes any right to a refund, price reduction, or other remedy provided by mandatory applicable law for digital services that do not conform to the contract.
