Community Rules

Introduction

These Community Rules form part of the Prime (prime.gs) Terms of Service. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these rules. Violations may result in sanctions up to and including permanent account termination.

Respect Everyone

Treat other users with respect. Insults, discrimination on any ground (race, nationality, religion, gender, orientation, etc.), and hostile behavior are unacceptable.

No Harassment

Harassment, stalking, bullying, threats, and intimidation are strictly prohibited. This applies to both streams and chat.

No Spam

Spam, flooding, mass messaging, viewer inflation, and abuse of system functions are prohibited. Do not use bots or automation without permission.

Respect Copyright

Stream only content you have rights to or proper license for. Do not use music, video, or other copyrighted materials without the copyright holder's permission.

Appropriate Content

All content (streams, chat, profile) must comply with these rules and the Terms of Service. Adult content, violence, hate speech, and other inappropriate material are prohibited.

No Impersonation

Impersonating another person, organization, or brand without permission is prohibited. Using others' names, logos, or reputation misleads viewers.

Follow the Law

Comply with applicable laws of your country and countries where your content is accessible. We cooperate with law enforcement upon lawful request.

Consequences

Violations may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension (chat mute, stream suspension)
• Account ban
• Permanent ban without possibility of restoration

Enforcement

We reserve the sole right to determine what constitutes a violation and to apply sanctions at our discretion. We are not obligated to warn before taking action and do not guarantee uniform enforcement in all cases. Moderation decisions are final.

Changes to Rules

We may modify these Rules at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
